Please Note: The all-inclusive package is mandatory and paid directly to the resort at check-in. Rates typically range from $65–$150 per person, per day, depending on season and resort pricing.

Guest Information & Policies:
Each villa is thoughtfully designed to the same high standards, though the exact unit may vary slightly from the photos. To secure your dates under our VIP membership, please do not book flights until your reservation is fully confirmed.
Each reservation includes one complimentary alteration. Any additional changes may incur a $75 fee, or you may be advised to cancel and rebook. All changes must be for the same calendar year and are subject to availability.
Cancellations for Home Resort Puerto Plata and Presidential Suites Cabarete received 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full-service fee credit, valid for 2 years. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, or no-shows, result in forfeiture of the service fee. Reservations are nonrefundable, and early departures will also forfeit the service fee.
The total all-inclusive amount confirmed at booking is due at check-in and must be paid in full, even if your party size decreases. Should you arrive with fewer guests than originally booked, the original all-inclusive amount remains due.
